More important is what does it take in your life to (fill in the blank). This is where you could insert anything really. But for most people, making money, health, relationships, and the basic necessities of life are vital. It depends on your stage of life, what sort of challenge you have, and what it takes to achieve or overcome. For most people, making money is the big thing. Without money, you are not in a good space. This is why career choices are important, why school leavers need to find jobs as soon as they can. Why people change careers as sometimes the way that people make money is detrimental to their lives. The pressure of work can be too onerous.
Money can solve a lot of problems that would not be solvable if you didn’t have money. ?As someone said: Money may not solve all your problems, but it takes care about 90% of them! But a cautionary from Warren Buffett: “Money is not everything. Make sure you earn a lot before speaking such nonsense.” We’re not stupid. We all know that money can’t solve all problems. For example, you can’t throw money at relationships and expect them to work out.
It takes:
Some people love dumbing down things to the point of absurdity. It takes whatever is required. What I mean by this is if you need to make money, it’s going to take whatever is required to make the money. What skills do you need? What experience is required? And are there qualifications that are needed? If it’s a business that you’re going to start, what it’ll take is a lot of hard work, a plan, implementation, marketing, finance, managing staff, product development, and much more. Money doesn’t come easily, except for those who are born with a silver spoon. For those who inherit from their parents and grandparents. I know of a couple who haven’t been able to afford living in their own property up until their late 40s. Now that their father has passed on, they are able to move into his house. A lot of people struggle to make ends meet, to make money, to bring home the bacon.
I’m coming to the point:
The point is that we all need to do what it takes to progress and prosper. Whatever way you are making money, you’ll eventually find that you need writing skills. Now you may find this hard to believe. What has writing got to do with your business success? Well just think about it. How often does the written word and of course the spoken word play an important role in your transactions in business. You need to communicate with people. You need to communicate via various platforms that require the written word. If you make a mess of it, you won’t be successful. If you learn to write well — now we’re not talking about what you learned in school (what you learned in school will probably get you through the starting blocks) — you’ll have a better chance at succeeding?. Don’t embarrass yourself with wrong grammar, poor punctuation, and misspellings. These are just some of the minor issues with writing. The worse of all is putting off people with your writing and not bringing in customers. ?When you need to persuade people writing skills reach a new level that you have to understand, assimilate, and implement.
